Role Description The Head of Operations is a full time, on-site role located in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day studio operations across both locations. This role includes managing class schedules, coordinating instructors, monitoring studio performance, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for all clients. The Head of Operations will handle budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor coordination, as well as track operational metrics and implement process improvements.

This position also involves leading and mentoring the studio team,



addressing client concerns, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives and growth plans.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills to oversee daily studio activities and optimize processes.
- Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
- Team Management and Communication skills to lead staff, foster collaboration, and maintain clear internal and client-facing communication.
- Budgeting skills to plan, monitor, and manage operational expenses and financial performance.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or hospitality operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling tools; familiarity with studio management systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
