Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Marketing to lead the company’s overall marketing strategy, brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue-generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead brand positioning, awareness, and brand-building initiatives.

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, email, SEO, and other relevant platforms.

- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, and retention strategies.

- Develop and manage annual and monthly marketing budgets.

- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, customer acquisition cost, and other key marketing KPIs.

- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, competitors, and industry trends.

- Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.

- Work closely with the Sales, Business Development, Product, and Operations teams to achieve business targets.

- Lead and mentor the marketing team and ensure effective execution of marketing plans.

- Manage external agencies, vendors, influencers, media partners, and other marketing stakeholders.

- Oversee marketing content, creatives, communications,



and brand guidelines.

- Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.

- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present insights to management.

- Stay updated with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 8–12+ years of relevant marketing experience, with proven leadership experience.

- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, branding, performance marketing, and lead generation.

- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.

- Strong team-management and leadership capabilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
