? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection & onboarding.
- Build, hire, lead & manage the HR team.
- Independently manage complete HR operations & employee lifecycle.
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave & salary processes.
- Develop HR strategies, policies & scalable processes.
- Set and monitor KPI/KRA & performance management systems.
- Manage employee engagement, retention & grievances.
- Oversee documentation, HR records & reporting.
- Drive confirmation, appraisal, promotion & exit processes.
- Build HR systems and processes suitable for a fast-growing/startup setting.
