Key Responsibilities
Operate OSD manufacturing equipment such as:
Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
Blenders
Compression Machines
Coating Machines
Operate and maintain granulation, compression, coating, and tableting machines to ensure effective production.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure quality control measures are in place to meet regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve process efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory management.

Educational Qualification
B. Pharma/Diploma /ITI
Relevant technical training in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage

Experience
03 to 10 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical production
Hands-on experience with OSD equipment is preferred

Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes
Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and safety norms
Ability to read and follow technical instructions
Basic troubleshooting skills
Positive documentation practices
Teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts
