Job Role:
Visit apartments and residential communities.
Build valuable relationships with customers and apartment associations.
Promote BigBasket services and offers and products.
Help in acquiring current customers.
Resolve customer queries and provide support.
Coordinate with store and delivery teams for smooth operations.
Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets.
Requirements:
Any Graduate or 12th std qualification.
02 years of experience in field and customer handling and targets.
Valuable communication skills.
Willing to travel within the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and MS Office.
Two-wheeler preferred.
