Job description :-
Act as a technical interface between customers and internal teams, providing support on excipient selection, grades, functionality, compatibility, and application in formulations (oral solids, liquids, semi-solids, injectables where applicable).
Understand and communicate excipient specifications, pharmacopeial compliance (IP, BP, USP/NF, Ph.Eur.), regulatory requirements, and quality attributes including particle size, moisture, bulk density, and functionality.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and samples in coordination with QA/QC, Regulatory, and Production teams.
Support customers with documentation such as
COA, MSDS, TDS, DMF/CEP support (where applicable), change notifications, and compliance declarations.
Coordinate customer trials, sample approvals, feedback collection, and conversion of trials into regular business.
Manage pricing, negotiations, credit terms,



and order finalization in alignment with company policy and profitability targets.
Track customer forecasts, consumption patterns, and inventory requirements to support production planning and ensure continuity of supply.
Identify current business prospects, product gaps, and potential recent excipient applications based on market intelligence and customer feedback.
Handle customer queries, complaints, deviations, and quality issues in coordination with QA/QC and ensure timely closure.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of CRM systems for customer interactions, opportunities, samples, and order status.
Support regulatory audits and customer quality audits by coordinating documentation and technical responses.
