We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join the BBA Entrepreneurship department as an Assistant Professor The ideal candidate is not just a teacher but a practitioner—a former founder or startup leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical business models and real-world execution. You will be instrumental in nurturing an entrepreneurial ecosystem that blends hands-on projects, industry exposure, and mentorship to help students' ideas grow into profitable startups.

**Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Mentorship:** Deliver interactive sessions on core subjects like Entrepreneurship and Startup Ecosystem , Design Thinking and Innovation , and Evaluating Business Opportunities .

- Project Supervision: Oversee real-world, end-to-end projects to ensure students understand customer-centricity and problem-solving.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in refining the course outline, focusing on practical areas like Business Model Canvas , Value Chain Analysis ,



Market Size Estimation , and Go-To-Market Strategies .
- Startup Incubation: Mentor students through the stages of ideation, prototyping, and MVP development , helping them navigate venture funding and government schemes like Startup India .
- Industry Collaboration: Facilitate workshops, industrial visits, and expert lectures to provide students with a deep understanding of the current startup landscape.

Requirements Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Educational Background: A Master’s degree or PhD in Management or a related field. Preference for candidates with a focus on Current Age Entrepreneurship.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern business tools, digital marketing for startups, and a baseline understanding of how AI/ML can be integrated into new ventures
