Roles and Responsibilities

Own national mobilization strategy across assigned states/regions to achieve annual student enrolment targets.

Lead the mobilization team through goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, and capability building.

Develop academic partnerships with Schools (10th & 12th), ITIs, Polytechnics, and Engineering Colleges to build a pipeline of prospective trainees.

Build relationships with Principals, Training & Placement Office
