Role Description The Head – Home Loan Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for leading and growing the home loan sales function. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing lender relationships, and driving business through real estate channel partners and direct customer acquisition. The Head – Home Loan Sales will oversee a sales team, set performance targets, monitor pipelines, and ensure a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry to loan disbursal.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing market trends, coordinating with operations and finance teams, conducting sales reviews,



and implementing processes that improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular on-ground engagement with clients, developers, and financial institutions to strengthen partnerships and expand the home loan portfolio.

? Key Responsibilities:

1)? Convert property sales generated by First Door Realty into Home Loan business.

2)? Guide customers throughout the home loan journey—from eligibility and documentation to sanction and disbursement.

3)? Coordinate with partner Banks and NBFCs to ensure quick loan approvals.

4)? Maximize home loan conversion and disbursement from company-generated leads.

5)? Collaborate closely with the Sales, CRM, and Operations teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
