The role requires a dynamic leader with deep expertise in luxury women wear ethnic apparel manufacturing, specializing in Aari, Adda, Zardozi, Resham, Sequin, Beadwork, Mirror Work, Thread Embroidery, and other intricate handcrafted embellishments . The incumbent will be responsible for driving operational excellence, quality, productivity, cost optimization, and timely execution while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. /n Key Responsibilities /n Production & Manufacturing /n /n

- Lead end-to-end production of embroidered garments from sampling to bulk production.

/n

- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to achieve delivery commitments.

/n

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, embroidery frames (Adda), and production capacity.

/n

- Drive productivity improvements while maintaining superior craftsmanship.

/n

- Monitor production efficiency and minimize idle time and bottlenecks.

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace discipline, and ethical manufacturing practices.

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

/n /n Experience /n /n

- 15–20+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing.

- Minimum 8–10 years in a leadership role managing hand embroidery or luxury ethnic wear production.

/n

- Experience with premium ethnic wear, bridal wear, couture, or luxury fashion brands is highly preferred.
