Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Head with 10–15 years of robust experience in township development and large-scale real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, coordination, quality control, cost management, and timely completion of civil and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete civil construction and township development project.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities from start to completion.
- Manage development of roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, electrical infrastructure, landscaping, and other township infrastructure.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and site teams.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved time, cost, quality, and safety standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Monitor project budgets, material consumption, manpower, and resources.
- Coordinate with management, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and contractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Ensure proper quality control and compliance with approved specifications.




- Monitor project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports for management.
- Identify project risks and take corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable construction, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the civil engineering and project execution team.

Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of total experience in Civil Construction / Real Estate.
- Strong and mandatory experience in Township Development projects.
- Experience in handling large-scale residential/commercial infrastructure development will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, infrastructure, project planning, and execution.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, BOQ, estimation and project reporting.
- Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and large site teams independently.
- Candidates with experience in reputed real estate/construction companies will be preferred.
