About the Role:

Sagenext Infotech is looking for a Head of Business Operations / Founder's Office Lead to work directly with the CEO and drive business priorities into measurable execution.

This is an ownership-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, improving operations, solving business problems, and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the CEO to convert business priorities into execution plans.
- Drive new business/service initiatives from planning to launch.
- Manage operating reviews, priorities, timelines, owners and follow-ups.
- Improve customer support, customer success, SLAs and escalation handling.
- Strengthen sales operations, CRM discipline, pipeline management and reporting.
- Connect marketing activities with lead quality, conversion and revenue.
- Improve onboarding and overall service delivery.
- Build and improve SOPs, dashboards, systems and performance processes.
- Identify operational gaps, solve root causes and improve business efficiency.
- Ensure teams remain accountable for agreed goals and commitments.

Requirements

- 4-8 years of experience in Business Operations, Founders Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Program Management,



Customer Operations or General Management.
- Strong hands-on execution experience with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, managed services, IT support, cloud, cybersecurity or customer success is preferred.
- Experience with US-based B2B customers is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritise, take ownership and work independently in a founder-led environment.
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations and holding teams accountable.
- MBA preferred; a technical or business graduation is an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate specific results they have personally delivered.
