Key Candidate Requirement

We are looking for a senior finance professional with 10+ years of experience, preferably having hands-on experience managing the finance and accounting function of a ₹100 Cr+ annual turnover company.

The candidate should have experience handling multiple companies, large transaction volumes, statutory compliance, financial closure, banking, cash flow and a finance/accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Group Finance & Accounting

- Lead Finance & Accounts for three group companies.
- Manage accounting operations for a ₹100 Cr+ turnover business environment.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting of sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, payables and inter-company transactions.
- Establish strong financial controls and accounting processes.

Balance Sheet & Financial Finalization

- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare and finalize P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance and schedules.
- Coordinate with CA and statutory auditors for finalization and audits.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations.

GST, TDS & Compliance

- Overall responsibility for GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely filing, payment and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with CA, tax consultants and auditors.
- Monitor regulatory changes and compliance risks.

Banking, Treasury & Cash Flow

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity.




- Prepare cash-flow forecasts and fund requirements.
- Manage banking documentation, facilities, guarantees and other financial arrangements.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations.

Team Leadership

- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.
- Review and allocate work among accountants.
- Establish KPIs, processes and accountability.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting activities.

CA, Auditors & Bankers Act as the primary finance contact for:

- Chartered Accountants

- Statutory / Internal Auditors

- Tax Consultants
- Banks & Financial Institutions

- Other professional advisors

Management MIS Prepare and present management reports covering:

- Company-wise revenue and profitability
- Receivables & payables

- Cash flow

- Working capital

- Expenses and budget variance

- Financial performance

- Key financial risks

Required Professional Profile

Essential:

- 10+ years of Accounts & Finance experience
- Experience managing finance for a ₹100 Cr+ turnover company
- Experience managing multiple companies / entities
- Strong experience in Balance Sheet finalization
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance




- Experience managing banking and cash flow
- Experience leading an Accounts & Finance team
- Strong coordination with CA, auditors and bankers

Qualification:

- CA – Preferred
- M.Com
- MBA – Finance
