Bindbee is Looking for:**** Bindbee is building the unified API infrastructure for HR and benefits systems, helping benefits platforms, HR tech companies, and insurance technology providers connect to 65+ HRIS, payroll, ATS, and benefits systems through a single integration. We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup selling into the US and Europe.

Role Overview We are looking for a GTM Operations Associate to own the end-to-end execution of our outbound email motion. Our outbound campaigns currently drive 40% of qualified meetings. You will work directly under the GTM Lead, taking over operational execution so she can focus on campaign planning and strategy. This is a fully remote, full-time role requiring 6-day availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, clean, and manage prospect lists using Apollo, Ocean.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Set up, schedule, and launch cold email campaigns in Instantly; manage sending volume per mailbox
- Monitor mailbox warmup, bounce rates, domain reputation, and deliverability health across all sending domains
- Track campaign performance — open rates, reply rates, positive reply rates, and meetings booked — and report weekly on what is working and what should change
- A/B test subject lines, copy, and send timing based on campaign data
- Support quick-turnaround research and data hygiene tasks for the GTM team
- Eventually support LinkedIn outreach as you ramp up and demonstrate understanding of the full outbound process

Must-Have Requirements

- At least basic outbound exposure — internship, freelance project,



or any hands-on cold email or lead gen experience. Zero outbound exposure is not suitable for this role
- Awareness of cold email structure — understands what a well-structured cold email looks like (subject line, opening, CTA, tone)
- Familiarity with mailbox management basics — warmup, bounce monitoring, deliverability flags
- Strong written English — clear and professional; enough to work closely with prospect-facing copy
- Long-term orientation — this role requires a 3–4 month ramp investment; we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not move on in six months

Good to Have

- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Ocean.io, or Instantly
- Prior outbound campaign execution experience beyond internship level
- Background at a lead gen or data ops agency
- Exposure to US or Europe outbound markets
- Familiarity with AI tools for research and data cleanup

Logistics

- Fully remote — pan-India
- 6 days a week; in-office hours till 7–7:30pm; available post-hours for campaign issues if needed
- Fixed CTC: ₹3.6 LPA. No equity or variable component at this stage
- Notice period: 30 days max; immediate joiners preferred
