We’re Hiring: B2C Growth Manager | StoryHug AI

We’re building StoryHug AI an AI-powered storytelling and emotional learning platform for children and parents.

Now we’re looking for a B2C Growth Manager who wants to take ownership of growth from the early stage and build it from the ground up.

This is not a social media posting job.

We are looking for someone who understands growth, experimentation, performance marketing, conversion and customer acquisition and can turn strategy into measurable results.

What you will own

- B2C customer acquisition and growth strategy
- Meta & Google performance marketing
- Organic growth, content and creator/influencer strategies
- Landing-page and conversion optimisation
- App installs → registrations → paid conversions
- CAC, ROAS, retention and LTV tracking
- Growth experiments and A/B testing
- Weekly growth strategy and execution
- Analytics, dashboards and performance reporting
- Identifying what is working, what is not, and what we should do next

You will work directly with the Founder and will be expected to take ownership of growth rather than wait for instructions.

Who we are looking for

Experience matters, but proven results matter more than years of experience.

You could have 1–2 years of experience or more — but you should be able to show us:

“This is what I worked on. This is what the numbers were. This is what I changed. And this is the result.”

We want someone who

- Has worked on a B2C product, app, D2C brand, EdTech, consumer startup or similar
- Understands the complete growth funnel




- Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads and analytics
- Understands CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, retention and LTV
- Can think strategically but also execute themselves
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Can test ideas quickly instead of spending weeks only preparing presentations
- Can communicate clearly with the Founder and report progress consistently
- Is ambitious enough to build something, not just manage a job
