Role Description The Founder's Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support strategic initiatives, operations, and special projects across the creator and brand ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, and assisting with community and campaign planning.



The role will involve cross-functional collaboration with marketing, community, and partnerships teams to help streamline workflows and improve processes.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring a robust sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, including market research, data gathering, and insight generation.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations, reports, and concise documentation.
- Organizational and project coordination skills, including task tracking, prioritization, and time management.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms such as productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace or MS Office) and online collaboration tools.
- Interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, digital media, and online communities.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-starter mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities in a startup setting.
