The Role As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will work across the student acquisition funnel, identifying growth opportunities, running experiments, and scaling strategies that deliver measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with the Admissions, Product, Content, and Design teams while combining analytical thinking, creativity, and rapid experimentation.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Growth & Marketing
- Plan and execute growth initiatives across organic and paid marketing channels.
- Support initiatives focused on student acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop and scale content-led growth initiatives.
- Explore current channels and opportunities to improve the student acquisition funnel.
- Experimentation & Optimization
- Design and run growth experiments to test new ideas and strategies.
- Analyze experiment results and identify actionable insights.




- Optimize campaigns and initiatives based on performance data.
- Identify successful strategies and support their implementation at scale.
- Continuously test new approaches to improve growth and conversion.
- Analytics & Performance
- Track key growth and marketing metrics across acquisition and conversion channels.
- Monitor campaign and initiative performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data to understand user behaviour and uncover growth opportunities.
- Support the team in achieving business and admissions goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Admissions, Product, Content, and Design teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and launch campaigns and experiments.
- Contribute ideas and insights that improve marketing and student acquisition efforts.
