Role Description:

The Growth Manager Intern is a part-time dynamic remote role, where you're expected to experiment, think and execute. We welcome innovation and independent steps towards the growth of platform,

The core responsibility of this role is elevating platform presence, supporting users, innovating platform with new ideas, and establish the revenue streams for the HireRubyDevs platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility for HireRubyDevs.
- Develop and execute growth initiatives across social media, communities, content, SEO, and partnerships.
- Research the Ruby/Rails developer and hiring ecosystem to identify current growth opportunities.
- Engage with developers, employers, recruiters, and community partners to gather feedback and build relationships.
- Analyze platform data and growth metrics to identify opportunities and measure campaign performance.
- Research competitors and propose new features, improvements, and growth experiments.




- Work with the team to improve the user experience and increase job applications and employer engagement.
- Identify, test, and validate new revenue and monetization opportunities for the platform.
- Support employer acquisition and outreach initiatives.
- Take ownership of growth projects and turn ideas into measurable results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously bring innovative ideas to the platform.

Qualifications

- Candidates should be from Tier 1 college only - IITians and IIMs are highly preferred.
- Since this platform is a dedicated tech based platform, candidates with technical skills + marketing skills + product skills are preferred.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, including written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, such as understanding funnels, outreach, and basic lead qualification.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including task prioritization, organization, and the ability to follow through on deadlines.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include curiosity about growth marketing, comfort with spreadsheets or data tools, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and interest in the developer hiring or tech recruitment space.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not required if candidates can demonstrate relevant skills and motivation.
- Candidates should understand how a budding startup works, budget constraints will always be there, so be adaptive until the revenue streams are established.
