We are looking for a Growth Manager who can help us transition from effort-driven growth to strategy-driven growth.

This is not a conventional marketing or sales role.

This is a business-critical role for someone who can think holistically, act analytically, and execute cross-functionally.

Role Overview

As a Growth Manager, you will act as a bridge between strategy and execution someone who can view the business end-to-end, identify untapped opportunities, and translate insights into measurable outcomes.

You will work across functions to build and optimize growth engines that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Opportunity Identification

- Evaluate the business across markets, products, channels, and customer segments
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and untapped growth opportunities
- Challenge existing assumptions and recommend new approaches to scaling growth
- Develop structured growth roadmaps aligned with business priorities

2. Data-Driven Decision Making

- Analyze data across the funnel: acquisition, activation, retention and revenue
- Identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and performance gaps
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Build dashboards and frameworks to track growth metrics and KPIs

3. Experimentation & Optimisation

- Design and run structured experiments (A/B tests, pilots, cohort analysis)
- Test hypotheses across channels, messaging, pricing, and customer journeys
- Continuously optimize based on learnings and results
- Create a culture of experimentation and learning across teams

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams




- Align growth initiatives with product offerings and market needs
- Ensure seamless execution across departments
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on growth priorities

5. Building Scalable Growth Engines

- Move successful experiments into repeatable, scalable processes
- Develop frameworks and playbooks for sustained growth
- Improve efficiency of customer acquisition and engagement channels
- Drive long-term, sustainable growth rather than short-term spikes

What We Are Looking For Experience & Background

- 4-7 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Analytics, or similar roles
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments (startups, consulting, high-growth organizations preferred)
