About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Operations Intern to work closely with the founders on growth, partnerships, content distribution, and social media.

This is a paid, remote internship with hands-on exposure to how a growing digital product acquires users, builds distribution, and experiments with new growth channels.

You’ll research opportunities, work with communities and partners, support social and content distribution, analyse growth performance, and help turn new ideas into measurable experiments.

What You’ll Do

- Research and identify potential partnership, community, creator, and business development opportunities
- Build and maintain lists of relevant partners, communities, creators, and growth channels
- Support social media and content distribution across relevant platforms
- Engage with online communities and identify opportunities to reach relevant audiences
- Track and analyse growth, engagement, and channel performance




- Use Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools for research, analysis, reporting, and execution
- Coordinate with partners and external stakeholders
- Work with the founders to test, measure, and improve growth initiatives
- Take ownership of assigned growth projects and operational outcomes

What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Interest in growth, partnerships, social media, content distribution, or user acquisition
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
- Curious about using AI tools to improve research and execution
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Open to candidates from any academic background ; we value ability, initiative, and ownership over pedigree
