Role Description The Ground Instructor (CPL Holder) will deliver high-quality ground school instruction to aspiring pilots, covering core subjects such as air regulations, navigation, meteorology, and aircraft systems. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, organizing assessments, and providing continuous academic support to students.

The instructor will update training materials in line with regulatory standards, assist with exam preparation, and ensure compliance with DGCA and other relevant aviation authority requirements. Daily responsibilities include mentoring students, tracking their progress, maintaining training records,



and collaborating with other instructors to uphold the academy’s training standards. The role also includes contributing to safety culture, participating in faculty meetings, and supporting overall program improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience required.
- Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) from a recognized aviation authority, with strong theoretical knowledge of core aviation subjects.
- Previous experience in flight training or ground instruction, or demonstrated aptitude for teaching and mentoring pilot trainees.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently in a classroom setting.
- Ability to create and update lesson plans, training materials, and assessments aligned with DGCA and international aviation standards.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple batches and training schedules.
- Comfort with basic educational technology and computer-based training tools; familiarity with CBT platforms is an advantage.
- Team-oriented mindset, with willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in aviation or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
- Experience in a multi-cultural training environment and prior work with international students is a plus.
