Role Description

We are hiring a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our creative and marketing team.

The ideal candidate should be able to transform concepts into attractive visual content and engaging videos for social media, websites, digital advertisements, branding campaigns, and corporate communication .

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media posts, Instagram stories, reels covers, banners, brochures, presentations, and digital ads
- Create visually consistent designs aligned with the MindAxis brand identity
- Edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, corporate videos, and social media content
- Add transitions, text animations, subtitles, background music, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Create marketing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads
- Design website graphics, UI elements, infographics, thumbnails, and promotional assets
- Resize and optimize creatives for different social media platforms
- Retouch and enhance images for digital and print campaigns
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, Development, and Management teams
- Convert marketing concepts and briefs into compelling visual stories




- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layout, and branding
- Manage multiple creative assignments and deliver projects within deadlines
- Stay updated with current graphic design, video editing, social media, and creative trends

Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, or related field preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work
- Strong knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Canva
- Knowledge of After Effects, Figma, CorelDRAW, CapCut, or similar tools will be an advantage
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation preferred
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to understand briefs and independently convert ideas into professional creatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
