About the Role:

Edlumina is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create engaging visual content for our education and learning initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing educational creatives, editing videos, and developing digital content for students, educators, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design engaging educational posters, social media creatives, banners, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.

Edit educational videos, lectures, tutorials, reels, and short-form learning content. Create attractive YouTube thumbnails, Instagram reels, promotional videos, and course creatives.

- Convert educational concepts and information into visually appealing content.
- Add subtitles, transitions, animations, graphics, and other visual elements to videos.

Work closely with the content, academic, and marketing teams to understand creative requirements. Maintain consistency with Edlumina's brand guidelines across all designs and videos.

- Create content for student engagement, course promotions, admissions, events, workshops, and educational campaigns.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current education, social media,



design, and video content trends. Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator & Corel draw.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects and Motion Graphics.
- Understanding of typography, layouts, colours, and visual communication.
- Ability to create simple and engaging educational infographics and explainer visuals.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Good understanding of social media formats and content requirements.

Eligibility * 0–2 years of experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.

- Freshers with relevant skills and a solid portfolio/showreel are welcome.
- Candidates with experience creating educational or EdTech content will be preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passionate about design, video editing, and educational content.
- Able to understand complex educational concepts and present them in a simple visual format.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced education/EdTech environment.
