Dreamaites is a growing startup marketing agency working with real businesses and brands to create engaging digital experiences.

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor who wants more than just a certificate or classroom experience - you’ll get the opportunity to work on real client projects, build your portfolio, and learn how a marketing agency actually works.

What You'll Work On

You’ll get hands-on exposure to projects such as:

- Designing social media posts, posters, creatives and campaign assets
- Creating reels and short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Editing promotional and social media videos
- Developing creative concepts based on client requirements
- Adapting designs and videos based on client feedback
- Supporting social media campaigns and marketing projects
- Exploring new design and content trends to improve campaign performance

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for students, freshers, or aspiring designers/editors who are eager to learn and take responsibility for real projects.

You don't need years of experience. What matters most is:

- A good eye for design and visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar tools
- Creativity and willingness to experiment




- Good communication and ability to understand requirements
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Most importantly, a learning mindset and ownership of your work

Compensation
