Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer & Pre-Press Specialist to lead our print and signage graphic workflow. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in vector design software, adept at designing both marketing print media (business cards, flyers, brochures) and large-format outdoor signage, and knowledgeable about machine production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Layout: Create professional designs for business cards, flyers, folded brochures, flex banners, acrylic boards, vinyl graphics, and outdoor signage.
- Vector Design: Draft vector assets, cut lines, and scaled artwork using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Pre-Press Setup: Prepare production-ready files (CMYK conversion, bleeds, margins, crop marks, vector path outlines, and resolution checks).
- Machine Coordination: Utilise RIP software to prep files for solvent, eco-solvent, UV flatbed,



and digital cut plotters; work alongside machine operators to ensure colour matching.
- Material Selection: Match designs to proper media types (heavy cardstock, gloss/matt finishes, vinyl, ACP sheets, acrylic, and foam boards).

Qualifications & Requirements Requirement Description: Print & Signage Expertise. Proven experience designing marketing materials (business cards, flyers, brochures) alongside large-format signage.Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.Pre-Press & Machine Knowledge: Understanding of offset/digital print setups (bleeds, trim lines, DPI) and large-format machine workflows (RIP, CMYK vs. RGB).Colour & Material Management: Familiarity with paper stocks, finishes, vinyl types, acrylics, and Pantone/CMYK colour accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
