CTRLRoom Systems is a political consulting, digital communications and technology company working with political leaders, public representatives, organisations and commercial brands.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong Punjabi/Gurmukhi design skills to create high-quality social media graphics, political creatives and digital campaign materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative content for Facebook, Instagram, X and other digital platforms.
- Create political posters, campaign creatives, event graphics, announcement posts, quote cards and infographics.
- Design professionally using Punjabi/Gurmukhi and English typography.
- Convert content briefs into visually strong and engaging designs.
- Work closely with Social Media Managers, Content Writers and Video Editors.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across multiple clients.
- Create creative variations and adapt designs based on feedback.
- Develop graphics for political campaigns, public activities, events and important announcements.
- Stay updated with current social media design trends.
- Deliver high-quality creatives within tight deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Punjabi/Gurmukhi typography.




- Good understanding of Punjab’s culture, social environment and political landscape.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva and other modern design tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout and colour.
- Ability to create modern, premium and attention-grabbing social media designs.
- Good understanding of social media creative formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate

- Currently based in Punjab, India.
- Strong Punjabi/Gurmukhi design experience.
- Experience creating Punjabi social media content.
- Experience in political, media, advertising or digital marketing agencies is preferred.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and Punjabi creative work.

Experience

1–4 years of relevant graphic design experience preferred.

Candidates with exceptional portfolios and robust Punjabi design skills may also be considered.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and portfolio.
