About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in a marketing/advertising agency environment who can bring brand stories to life through compelling visual communication. If you have experience designing for multiple clients, creating impactful marketing assets, and balancing creativity with business objectives, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creative assets for multiple client brands across digital and offline platforms
- Create client collaterals including social media creatives, presentations, brochures, sales materials, ad creatives,



banners, and campaign assets
- Develop visually engaging pitch decks, white papers, case studies, infographics, and corporate presentations
- Collaborate with brand strategists, content teams, social media teams, and client servicing teams for integrated campaign execution
- Translate business goals, campaign ideas, and brand guidelines into visually compelling designs
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all deliverables
- Create marketing materials for performance campaigns, corporate communications, and business development initiatives
- Work on typography, layout design, visual storytelling, and data visualization for strategic content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency setup
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and creative best practices

Must-Have Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing, branding, or advertising agency preferred
- Proven experience handling multiple client accounts and diverse brand requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing social creatives, pitch decks, white papers, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva/PPT design
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, branding, and infographic design
- Ability to convert complex ideas/data into visually engaging formats
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Bonus Points

- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
- UI/UX or web creative exposure
- Experience designing for B2B + B2C brands
- Strong presentation design expertise
