Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Madhya Pradesh, India.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and product-related designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing logos and brand visuals, choosing and applying appropriate typography, refining layouts, and ensuring consistent branding across all materials. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, understanding project requirements, and delivering designs that align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

The Graphic

Designer will also prepare files for production, iterate on feedback,



and maintain an organized library of design assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including creating visual identities and maintaining brand consistency.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with a solid understanding of type selection, hierarchy, and readability.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work across different formats is required.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are important.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to incorporate feedback constructively, are expected.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
