About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from the cosmetic packaging, FMCG, printing, or packaging industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, along with a good understanding of packaging artwork, pre-press, printing processes and print-ready file preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and professional designs for cosmetic packaging, cartons, labels, boxes and other packaging materials.
- Create and modify packaging artwork based on client requirements, brand guidelines and product specifications.
- Prepare accurate print-ready artwork as per production and printing requirements.
- Work with packaging dielines, dimensions, folds, cutting lines, creasing and other structural specifications.
- Adapt artwork for different product sizes, SKUs and packaging formats.
- Coordinate with the production, pre-press and marketing teams for smooth execution of designs.
- Incorporate client and internal feedback and make necessary design corrections.
- Ensure accuracy of text, fonts, images, colours, dimensions and other artwork elements.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and packaging standards.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain proper organization of design files and final artwork versions.
- Assist in creating promotional and marketing creatives whenever required.

Required Technical Skills

- CorelDRAW – Mandatory
- Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory
- Adobe Illustrator – Mandatory/Preferred
- Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of CMYK, RGB, Pantone, DPI, bleed, crop marks and colour separation.
- Knowledge of packaging artwork and pre-press processes.
- Understanding of printing methods and finishing processes.
- Knowledge of packaging dielines and print production requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and print design work.
- Excellent knowledge of CorelDRAW and Photoshop.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for colour, typography, layout and visual composition.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.




- Ability to understand design briefs and translate them into effective visual concepts.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working with production/pre-press teams will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
