nJob Overview:

nACE Group is looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Lead who can drive innovative visual storytelling across digital, branding, and video platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creative designing, AI-powered content creation, motion graphics, and premium campaign execution for real estate or lifestyle brands.

nCandidates with hands-on practical experience in AI creative tools and video generation platforms will be highly preferred.

nKey Responsibilities:

n Lead the overall creative direction for branding, digital campaigns, and marketing communication

nCreate high-impact visual concepts, campaign creatives, motion graphics, and premium marketing videos

n Design and oversee brochures, presentations, hoardings, digital ads, social media creatives, and brand assets

nDevelop creative video concepts for launches, branding campaigns, walkthroughs, and social media promotions

n Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, sales, and leadership teams for campaign execution





nMaintain brand consistency across all online and offline communication channels

n Mentor and guide the creative design team for quality and innovation

nStay updated with latest design trends, AI creative technologies, and visual storytelling techniques

n Strong understanding of digital marketing creatives and performance campaigns

nAbility to handle multiple high-priority projects within deadlines

nPreferred Candidate Profile:

n 8–10 years of experience in Creative Designing / Creative Video Production

nPrior experience in Real Estate, Luxury, Architecture, or Lifestyle branding industry preferred

n Strong portfolio showcasing premium design and video campaigns

nExcellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
