Key Responsibilities
- Perform granulation activities (wet granulation/dry granulation) as per batch manufacturing records.
- Operate equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), and Multi Mill.
- Monitor process parameters like mixing time, temperature, and drying conditions.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate batch documentation and logbooks.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Identify and report process deviations or equipment issues.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks.
