We are looking for Graduate Trainee EngineerS (GTEs) with strong technical aptitude, a learning mindset, and an interest in MEP and Construction Project Execution.

The selected candidates will work with experienced project engineers at various client/project locations across India. The role involves practical exposure to site execution, MEP coordination, engineering drawings, quality control, safety, contractor coordination, documentation, and project monitoring.

Candidates should be willing to work at PAN-India project sites and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Assist Project/Site Engineers in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
- Support day-to-day site operations and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.
- Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, materials, and site requirements.
- Assist in maintaining project quality, safety, and productivity standards.

MEP Execution

- Assist in execution and coordination of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other MEP services.
- Support installation, testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and site teams.
- Identify and report site issues or deviations to senior engineers.

Construction & Site Coordination

- Assist in infrastructure and construction-related activities at project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and track work progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
- Support coordination between project teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Engineering & Documentation

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.




- Assist in preparing and modifying engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
- Maintain daily progress reports, checklists, inspection records, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Assist in material verification, quantity estimation, reconciliation, and work completion documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of MEP systems and construction activities.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
- Understanding of BOQ, quantity estimation, and technical specifications.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a site-oriented environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / EEE / ECE Engineering.
- Minimum 80% throughout academics.
- Fresh graduates/candidates with 0 - 1 year experience are eligible.
- Relevant internship or academic project experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate and work at PAN-India project locations.
- Strong interest in MEP, construction, engineering execution, and project management.

Compensation CTC: 4.32 5.0 LPA

Compensation may vary based on academic performance, technical knowledge, interview performance, and relevant internship/project exposure.
