Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven and creative Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimization, lead generation, conversion tracking, and performance analysis. They should also stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Set up and manage campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
- Create effective ad campaigns focused on leads, conversions, traffic, and brand awareness
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve marketing goals
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad banners, videos, reels, and other advertising creatives
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign analytics




- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Identify performance issues and implement suitable optimization strategies
- Stay updated with Google Ads, Meta Ads, algorithm changes, advertising policies, and industry trends
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall campaign performance

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgeting, and optimization
- Knowledge of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads
- Knowledge of Meta Ads for Facebook and Instagram
- Understanding of remarketing, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based advertising
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions
- Positive communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications will be an added advantage

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 Per Month
