Role & responsibilities

- BE Mechanical Candidates (Direct BE Preferred) with 15-20 years experience in Production and associated functions.

- The candidate should be from Auto Ancillary/Engineering component Manufacturers or from the wire Industry

- Should have experience in Heat Treatment processes like Annealing, Heat Cutting. Hardening, Tempering and winding processes.

- Should have good knowledge and experience in Production maintenance.

- Candidates with experience in design development and Metallurgy will be highly preferred.

- Candidate should be presently in leadership position looking after the entire gamut of production process – including PPC, Inventory, Lean Manufacturing. Six sigma etc

- Should be well versed with ISO 9001. ISO 14001. 45001, IATF etc

- Should have headed a plant with at least 250+ manpower and a turnover of more than 250 Cr.

- Should have good experience in top management reporting

- Should have good experience dealing with budget and budgeting activities,

- Should have valuable experience in all factory related compliance with various Government offices

- Should have good orientation to safety and safety principles while running the plant

- Should be willing to shift to Coimbatore with family at the time of Joining. Mandatory

- Age not over 45 years Ideally – 42 to 45 years of age.
