No. of Direct + Indirect Reports Job Purpose The Head - Network Information System drives automation and digitisation of project processes and maintains the network static database as a single source of truth, enabling smooth, data-driven technology rollouts nationally.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive automation and digitisation of network processes to reduce routine MIS effort and accelerate rollouts.
- Govern the VIU network static database, maintaining accurate, current data as the single source of truth.
- Lead development and adoption of the Swayam platform across all rollout activities.
- Ensure timely rollout of new portal features and applications supporting technology projects.
- Own central project MIS as SPOC, delivering accurate DPR,



MNRR, and leadership reporting decks.
- Drive data integrity and standardisation across network information systems and rollout trackers.

Managerial

- Lead and develop the network information system team, building automation and analytics capability.
- Drive performance management and continuous skill development across the team.
- Ensure team HSW compliance and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Experience Minimum Education Qualification B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/Telecom/Computer Science) or equivalent; MBA preferred. Years Of Working Experience Minimum 12 years total, with at least 6 years in telecom project MIS, network databases, or digitisation.
