Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities

Regulatory Compliance, submissions and Assessments

Handling Direct tax notices with compliance & robust approach seamlessly across circle, SSC & Corporate

Handling Indirect tax notices with compliance with robust approach seamlessly across circle, SSC & Corporate

Coordination with counsel & guiding team on technical fronts

Representing company in Physical/ Virtual Hearing for litigations with department

Leading discussion with Counsel as well as Department

Compliance control submissions, Statutory & Regulatory closing & related compliances, Fixed asset & Infra operations

ERP understanding for SAP & Oracle to guide team

Build productive and motivated team by driving SSC & corporate deliverables with controls

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Technical knowledge for Tax & Regulatory compliances

Good communication skills

Analytical Thinking

Building Team Commitment

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Essential: Experience in Tax / Regulatory field

Qualified CA/CS/ICWA

Work ex: 10+ yrs
