About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Sourcer who enjoys the challenge of finding exceptional candidates others can't.

This role goes far beyond reviewing resumes.

You'll research new markets, build sourcing strategies, conduct candidate interviews based in US / UK, and present well-qualified senior leadership candidates to consultants.

The role will focus on talent mapping, sourcing, initial outreach, and screening, working closely with Consultants on live search assignments.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone from an RPO or in-house TA background who enjoys research-driven hiring and stakeholder-facing work. Prior experience hiring in US or UK market is must.

Key Responsibilities

Global Talent Sourcing

- Source exceptional candidates across North America, Europe, Latin America, and other international markets.
- Recruit for non-technical positions like Sales, Finance, marketing, Advisory, Agentic AI.
- Build proactive talent pipelines before hiring needs arise.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, GitHub,



job boards, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Conduct end-to-end candidate research and sourcing for leadership and niche roles across industries
- Perform market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence for assigned mandates
- Execute initial candidate screening via calls to assess experience, fit, motivation,
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on search progress and candidate status
- Collaboration
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Adjust sourcing strategies based on market conditions.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability.
- Continuously improve sourcing methodologies and recruiting processes.
- Support the search process through closure

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust hands-on experience with active sourcing techniques
- Experience recruiting for U.S. and/or international markets like UK, Europe.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling senior candidates and handling first-level conversations
- Good understanding of screening fundamentals (role fit, career trajectory, motivation, potential concerns)
- Exposure to leadership or niche hiring will be an added advantage

Work Model:

- 2 days WFO - Hybrid (Gurgaon office)
- Be able to work in rotational shift time covering India UK or US hours
