About HearthAway

HearthAway is a global student accommodation platform helping international students find and book verified accommodation across major study-abroad destinations.

We work with student housing providers, PBSA operators, property managers, and accommodation platforms across markets including the UK, Ireland, Australia, France, Europe, and other international destinations.

We are looking for a Global Property Consultant who can build and manage relationships with property owners and accommodation providers and help expand HearthAway’s global property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard student accommodation providers, PBSA operators, property managers, and property owners across international markets.
- Research and identify new properties and accommodation providers in key student cities.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other business channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, availability, and partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with property providers to collect accurate information on:
- Room types
- Pricing
- Availability
- Contract terms
- Facilities and amenities
- Booking policies
- Cancellation policies
- Maintain an updated database of property partners and listings.
- Work closely with the sales and student counselling teams to ensure suitable accommodation options are available for students.
- Track partner conversations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures through CRM/Google Sheets.
- Monitor competitor offerings and identify gaps in HearthAway’s property inventory.
- Develop long-term partnerships with key accommodation providers.
- Achieve monthly targets for new properties, new providers, and partnership closures.

What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in property sales, real estate,



business development, partnerships, student accommodation, hospitality, travel, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international property owners and businesses.
- Strong email and LinkedIn outreach skills.
- Ability to independently research international markets and identify potential property partners.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines and follow-up processes.
- Solid commercial acumen and ability to negotiate win-win partnerships.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email communication.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work with international time zones when required.
