Job Summary

Fundametal Technologies is looking for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) who are eager to build their technical and professional skills in the field of engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and water treatment equipment.

The selected candidate will undergo practical training and gain exposure to engineering design, production, fabrication, quality, and project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and follow company engineering, production, and safety procedures.
- Assist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering and production activities.
- Study and understand engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and fabrication requirements.
- Support fabrication and manufacturing activities involving Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and other alloys.
- Assist in monitoring fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, fit-up, welding, grinding, assembly, and finishing.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores, and Quality departments.
- Assist in inspection and measurement of fabricated components as per drawings and specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, checklists, and production records.
- Participate in project execution and learn practical aspects of manufacturing and site activities.
- Identify process issues and report them to the concerned senior engineer.
- Follow 5S, quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.




- Take up additional responsibilities and technical assignments as directed by the reporting manager.

- Welding, Fabrication & Assembly Processes
- Quality Inspection & Documentation

Eligibility
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Experience: Freshers / 0–4 year experience.
- Solid interest in manufacturing, fabrication, and engineering activities.
- Willingness to learn and work in a practical industrial environment.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of engineering and manufacturing concepts.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
