Role Description The Generative AI Filmmaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Malad, responsible for shaping end-to-end visual narratives using a blend of traditional filmmaking techniques and AI-driven tools. Day-to-day work includes ideating concepts, developing scripts, planning shot structures, and directing live-action or virtual production sequences tailored to brand and campaign objectives.

The role involves collaborating closely with writers, editors, designers, and AI specialists to produce talking-head explainers, brand films, music videos, social content, and narrative projects.

Responsibilities also include overseeing video production workflows,



guiding performance and visual tone on set, and ensuring footage is captured in a format optimized for AI-enhanced post-production. The Generative AI Filmmaker will review cuts, contribute to editing, sound design, color grading, motion graphics, and VFX decisions, and continuously experiment with generative AI tools to push creative boundaries while maintaining high production standards.

Qualifications

- Strong filmmaking craft with skills in Film Direction and Film Production, including experience overseeing end-to-end shoots and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Video Production, with the ability to plan shots, manage camera workflows, and adapt to both live-action and virtual production environments.
- Proficiency in Post-Production processes, including familiarity with editing software, sound design, color grading, motion graphics, and VFX workflows.
- Scriptwriting skills to develop clear, engaging narratives for brand films, explainers, music videos, and short-form social content.
- Experience or strong interest in Generative AI tools and virtual production technologies, with a willingness to experiment and learn new platforms.
- Ability to translate brand objectives into visual concepts, with a keen eye for framing, pacing, and storytelling that drives engagement.
- Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced production environment with tight timelines.
