About the Role

We are looking for a creative, innovative, and AI-savvy AI Designer who can combine strong graphic-design skills with the latest Generative AI tools to create high-quality visual content.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a simple idea, reference, or business requirement and convert it into an attractive, professional, and engaging visual.

You will work on social media creatives, advertisements, marketing campaigns, product visuals, presentations, videos, branding materials, and AI-generated creative content.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Design + AI + Creativity and enjoys experimenting with recent AI tools and creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities1. Create AI-Generated Visuals

- Generate high-quality images, concepts, backgrounds, characters, product visuals, and marketing creatives using AI tools.
- Convert creative briefs into visually appealing AI-generated concepts.
- Experiment with different prompts, styles, compositions, lighting, and visual directions.
- Refine AI-generated outputs to make them professional and brand-ready.

1. Create Social Media Creatives

- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
- Develop multiple creative variations for campaigns and marketing requirements.

1. AI Video & Motion Content

- Create short-form AI-generated videos and promotional content.
- Work with AI video-generation tools to create reels, advertisements, product videos, and visual storytelling.
- Edit and improve AI-generated videos using video-editing software.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is an advantage.

1. Graphic Design

- Design posters, brochures, banners, presentations,



advertisements, catalogues, and other marketing materials.
- Apply strong knowledge of typography, colour, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Combine AI-generated assets with professional graphic-design techniques.

1. Branding

- Create designs that follow the company's brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in colours, fonts, layouts, imagery, and overall visual identity.
- Develop creative concepts that strengthen the company's brand image.

1. Prompt Engineering for Design

- Write effective prompts for text-to-image and text-to-video AI tools.
- Experiment with prompt structures to achieve specific visual results.
- Understand how to control style, camera angle, lighting, composition, mood, and subject details.
- Continuously improve prompts and workflows to produce better results.

1. AI Image Editing & Enhancement

- Edit and retouch AI-generated images.
- Remove unwanted elements and correct visual inconsistencies.
- Perform image enhancement, background replacement, upscaling, colour correction, and compositing.
- Ensure the final output looks natural and professionally designed.

1. Work With Marketing & Creative Teams

- Understand creative briefs and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, sales, and creative teams.
- Convert ideas and requirements into strong visual concepts.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions when required.

1. Research New AI Tools

- Stay updated with emerging AI design and video-generation tools.
- Test new platforms and identify tools that can improve creative quality and productivity.
- Suggest new AI-based workflows for faster and better content production.

1. Manage Multiple Projects

- Handle multiple design requirements simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
- Deliver high-quality work within the agreed timeline.
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
