Position Overview:

We invite applications for Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and Senior Residents in General Surgery. The role involves clinical practice, academic teaching, surgical procedures, and mentoring in a teaching hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage OPD, IPD, and emergency surgical cases.





Perform and supervise major and minor surgeries including laparoscopic, minimally invasive, and conventional open surgeries.

Train and guide MBBS students, residents, and interns through lectures, ward teaching, and operation theatre exposure.

Participate in academic activities, CMEs, workshops, and research projects.

Supervise patient care in wards, OTs, and ICUs, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols.

Collaborate with multi-specialty teams for complex surgical cases and trauma management.

Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines, NABH standards, and institutional protocols.

Eligibility:

Qualification: MS/DNB in General Surgery from a recognized institution.

Experience: As per NMC norms for faculty; postgraduates eligible for Senior Resident.

Skills: Strong surgical expertise, patient management, teaching aptitude, and academic interest.
