As the GM of Business Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development, operations, and client relations within your designated region. Your primary goal will be to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

a. Ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical / maintenance management services. b. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.

c. Implement operational best practices to enhance service quality and productivity.

1. Client Relations:

a. Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders. b. Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

c. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.

1. Team Leadership:

a. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing regional team. b. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

c. Provide guidance and support to ensure the professional growth of team members.

1. Financial Management:

a. Develop and manage regional budgets and financial forecasts. b. Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.

c. Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.

1. HR Compliance and Quality Assurance:

a. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. b.



Implement quality assurance processes to maintain service excellence.

c. Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold operational integrity.

1. Reporting and Analysis:

a. Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance and key metrics. b. Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications:

- Engineering with pref. qualification in business administration or a related field
- Proven track record of successful business development and operational leadership in the technical facility management industry.
- Strong understanding of facility management processes, technologies, and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- 15-18 years of managing business at regional or national level in large MNC company

- Age above 40 years
- TFM/Service Industry background with approximately 60% technical maintenance experience and 40% administrative work experience. Candidates from companies such as UPSPL, Thermax, Technical FM companies, etc., would be preferable.

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Tech /M.Tech Mechanical or Electrical
- Experience working in Technical Facility Management, Vehicle Manufacturing companies with Technical / Maintenance background is must
- Masters degree preferred.
