Strong hands-on experience in Sponge Iron / DRI plant operations Excellent knowledge of kiln operation, process control and optimization Ability to monitor and improve production, productivity, quality and fuel efficiency Expertise in process troubleshooting and operational problem-solving Strong understanding of raw material quality, metallization, coal consumption and process parameters Proven ability to lead and manage plant process teams Focus on cost reduction, productivity enhancement and operational excellence Strong coordination with Maintenance, Quality,



Power and other plant departments Capable of independently handling senior-level process responsibilities Ideal Candidate: A seasoned professional with strong Sponge Iron/DRI process experience and proven leadership capabilities, who can take ownership of the complete process function and drive the plant towards safe, efficient and profitable operations. Relevant experience in Sponge Iron/DRI plants is essential.
