Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee business operations across Bangladesh and Tirupur. Based in Noida, this leadership role requires frequent travel to manufacturing facilities and vendor locations, driving operational efficiency, customer relationships and business growth in both regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations across Bangladesh and Tirupur.
- Manage strategic relationships with factories, vendors, and key customers.
- Drive production planning, quality, compliance and timely delivery.




- Identify business development opportunities and strengthen regional partnerships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sourcing, merchandising and supply chain.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel extensively to manufacturing hubs in India and Bangladesh.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of overall qualified experience in textiles, apparel, sourcing, or manufacturing.
- Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience working in Bangladesh for several years.
- Strong understanding of the Bangladesh and Tirupur textile ecosystem.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-location operations and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent commercial, operational, and people management skills.
