Role Overview

We are seeking high-caliber, problem-solving software engineering graduates to join our core engineering team as Full Stack Developers

. In this role, you will build scalable web applications from scratch, design responsive user interfaces, develop robust backend microservices/APIs, and optimize databases for high-performance production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features across both client-side and server-side architectures.

- Build modern, accessible, and responsive user interfaces using frameworks like

React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js

.

- Architect secure, scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs using backend frameworks (

Node.js / Express, Python / Django / FastAPI, Java / Spring Boot, or Go

).

- Design and manage relational (

PostgreSQL, MySQL

) and non-relational (

MongoDB, Redis

) database schemas and queries.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices for unit and integration testing.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and senior engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:

B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.





- Experience:

Freshers (2025/2026 batch) or candidates with 0–1 year of software development experience (internship experience is highly valued).

- Core Fundamentals:

Strong command of

Data Structures, Algorithms (DSA)

, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and System Design basics.

- Web Technologies:

Solid foundation in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Tools & Platforms:

Working knowledge of Git/GitHub version control, Linux environments, and exposure to cloud services (

AWS, GCP, or Azure

) or Docker.

- Problem Solving:

A portfolio of personal projects, open-source contributions, hackathon wins, or competitive programming achievements.
