- Acquaint patients, families and visitors with hospital services; presentation of our services, fees and orientation of facilities.

- Help patients throughout the prenatal checkup process and during there stay at the hospital. Respond to patients' needs, requests and concerns as appropriate. Investigate and/or channel complaints or problems to appropriate Hospital staff. Assist in resolving conflicts and act as an intermediary between patients, families and staff.

- Perform as a medical liaison between physicians, local consultants and patients. Promote establishment and maintenance of meaningful communications between patients, families and staff; facilitate dialogue between patients, physicians, nurses,



and ancillary personnel to resolve patient complaints and problems.

- Service improvement. Recommend establishment of policies and operating procedures to ensure positive patient-Hospital relations

- Responsible for monitoring and follow up of patient’s insurance claim cases.

- Guiding patients to respective departments & Doctors

- Responsible for patient’s appointment booking

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
