This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Customer Relationship Executive based in Kochi. The role involves welcoming visitors, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. The executive will manage front office operations, maintain visitor and inquiry records, and coordinate appointments and meetings.

They will support client relations and donor interactions, provide information about GEM’s initiatives, and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling basic administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to outreach activities that align with GEM’s environmental mission.

Skills

- Solid customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive stakeholder experiences.




- Experience in client relations and business relationship management, preferably in non-profit or service-oriented environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Ability to manage front office operations, handle phone and in-person inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting.
- Demonstrated interest in environmental sustainability or social impact work is highly beneficial.
