Position: Operations & Pricing Executive – USA

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily pricing & operations for Air Freight & Ocean Freight
- Procurement & pricing from co-loaders and vendors
- Manage full documentation: AWB / BL / Import & Export / Customs Clearance / Invoicing
- Verify vendor costings & send pre-alerts to overseas offices/agents
- Coordinate air & sea cargo bookings with partners
- Arrange cargo pickups & deliveries with transporters
- Ensure timely & accurate responses to enquiries
- Work closely with stakeholders for smooth shipment execution

Requirements

- 3–5 years' experience in Air Freight (70%) & Ocean Freight
- Solid background in Pricing,



Operations & USA back-office documentation
- Good understanding of USA documentation process
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
