Role Description This part-time Freelance Performance Marketing & AI Automation Specialist role is a hybrid position based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified leads and measurable results for VISCO India’s real estate and property management services. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and managing paid campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and preparing concise reports with actionable insights.

The role also involves designing and implementing AI-driven automation workflows to streamline marketing operations, lead nurturing, and customer communication.



The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives, maintain brand consistency, and continuously test and refine strategies based on data.

Qualifications

- Strong performance marketing skills, including experience with paid search, social ads, and campaign optimization focused on ROI and lead generation.
- Hands-on expertise with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., marketing automation systems, chatbots, workflow automation, basic scripting or no-code tools).
- Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting, using tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and A/B testing to drive data-based decisions.
- Knowledge of real estate or property management sectors, or the ability to quickly understand industry dynamics and client expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a freelance capacity, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setup.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in digital marketing or AI/automation are an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems, lead management processes, and integration of marketing tools to enhance efficiency is highly beneficial.
